These terms govern stays booked at White Village Boutique, located at Calle Lirio 5, 29639 Benalmádena Pueblo (Málaga, Spain). Registered with the Andalusian Tourism Registry under number CTC-2018148193. By making a booking, the guest accepts these terms.
Prices are shown per room and per night, in euros. Amounts include applicable taxes according to current regulations. Local fees or surcharges may apply where relevant.
We accept credit card, debit card and cash. On arrival, an official photo ID and a credit or debit card (or a cash deposit) may be requested to cover any incidental expenses. In accordance with Spanish national regulations, cash payments above €1,000 are not accepted. For full-property bookings, the reservation is held with a deposit and the remaining balance is settled prior to arrival.
The property does not have a physical reception desk. Guest service hours are Monday to Saturday, from 12:00 to 18:00. Access is self-managed: after booking, you will receive an email approximately 24 hours before arrival with access instructions and a personal code. Access is through a private door. If needed, we offer virtual assistance and you can reach us through the usual channels (WhatsApp, phone or email).
Cancellation conditions follow the property's policy and are stated on every booking confirmation. Under EU consumer rights regulations, accommodation booking services are not subject to the right of withdrawal.
Exclusive rental of the entire property accommodates up to 20 people. It is handled in a personalised way, with a tailor-made quotation and a deposit-based booking. Specific conditions (dates, number of people, deposit and cancellation) are stated in each quotation.
The property does not have a lift, and the village centre has narrow, steep streets. If you have reduced mobility or any specific requirement, please write to us before booking and we'll see how we can accommodate you.
In accordance with current regulations, registering guests' details on arrival is mandatory. The data is processed securely and solely to comply with legal accommodation registration obligations.
The guest agrees to make responsible use of the facilities, respecting the rest of other guests and of the neighbours: the property adjoins private homes, so the accommodation operates as a quiet retreat, with no parties or loud music. The pool is available from 09:00 to 22:00. The property is equipped with a fire extinguisher.
