We send you a personal online check-in link by email and WhatsApp 24 hours before your arrival. No downloads, no passwords.

Complete guest details

Fill in the details of each guest with your ID or passport on hand. The process complies with the lodging law and registers travellers automatically.

Receive the access code

Once finished, you get the door code and arrival instructions. No reception, no waiting — you walk straight in whenever you like within check-in hours.

How you receive it

You get it via WhatsApp.

The online check-in is handled through the Chekin app. You don't need to do anything until the day before your arrival: we send you the link by email and WhatsApp and you complete it on your phone in a couple of minutes.

Haven't received the link in the 24 hours before your arrival? Write to us on WhatsApp or to info@whitevillageboutique.com and we'll sort it out right away.

Guest registration is carried out through Chekin, a platform certified in accordance with the lodging law. Your data is handled securely and used only to comply with accommodation registration requirements.
