Management reserves the right to refuse admission to guests whose behavior is inappropriate, noisy, contrary to public order, or violates current regulations. All guests must provide their identification in accordance with Spanish law.
The number of occupants may not exceed the limit allowed by the reservation. Access by third parties is not permitted without the express authorization of the establishment.
Access is granted via a personal and non-transferable PIN. In the event of unauthorized access, a charge of up to €150 may be applied and/or the stay may be terminated.
Quiet hours must be respected between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM. The establishment may require immediate departure if the guest's behavior disturbs other guests or neighbors.
The guest is responsible for minors and pets. Any damage or inconvenience caused will be the responsibility of the reservation holder.
Smoking is prohibited inside. Violation may result in a €200 charge for cleaning and deodorizing. Activation of alarms due to misuse may incur additional charges.
Staying implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Lost and found items will be stored for two weeks. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the guest.
The guest will be responsible for any damages or thefts. Costs may be charged to the provided payment method, subject to assessment and, where possible, supporting documentation.
In case of soiling or damage beyond normal use (including blood or other fluids), charges for special cleaning or replacement may apply. The amount will be the actual justified cost or, failing that, up to €100 per incident. The guest authorizes the charge to their payment method.
In the event of non-compliance by the guest with any of these conditions, White Village Boutique, Benalmádena, with the tax name Hideon Stock S.L. and CIF B-93.483.485, reserves the right to terminate the stay immediately, requiring the client to leave the establishment without the right to compensation.
